i'm back, with new motivation and drive.

For people who followed my blog, I must thank you for your patience.

Thanks to work, personal life, and many other events that revolves around me, i took a short break away from blogging.

Now that i've gotten a new job, as a catering chef in airport, becoming a tad bit more motivated. i'm back.

Well, at least this time my old interest, Pla kit building is returning back to me, and have been working on my latest kit (mind you i have 10 backlogs haha), VF-25F Tornado Messiah from the Anime movie: Macross Frontier: Itsuwari no Utau Hime.

not going to post photo this time, since it's a bit inconvenient for me (I lost my Xperia X10).

More photos will be soon, together with my projects with food, pla kits, and figurines.

so What's for dinner?

Working in a small kitchen usually means you need to cook for everyone.
And that's my usual Headache.
so. I use what I have in the kitchen to whip up a pasta and fish dish.

AFA Day 2

Finally took a photo with Mr Danny Choo. Really an awesome guy, friendly, approachable. Guess I have a wrong impression of him.

Afa day 2 is really great, got my ZANEED vinyl recorder signed, got to meet and handshake SCANDAL's hands(not a fan of them at all but I still kinda respect them).

Most important of all, MAY'N SAMA!!!!!!! she really slimmed down a lot(but I like her chubbier side, and I still love her no matter what, fan of her till the end)

After afa, I have swore that I will get her movie, and I will get the best system to watch her movie.

Plan next?? Work hard, slim down hard, and cosplay Hide of X Japan

afa 2010, day 1.

Gotten my jam project poster with signature. Hehe

Wasn't motivated to take photos.

Was more super motivated to Hatsune Miku, JAM Project and Ichiro Mizuki(aka Aniki) concert.

It was really super fun, everyone were screaming on top of their voices when the artists keep us really busy and high.

cosplay. not me of course.

Working with a friend on touhou cosplay. He (yes he, male) will be doing utsuho. Working on his wings and the hand cannon.

As you can see. The cannon is probably 5 times of a master grade ver. Ka Sinanju.

Next step will be spraying. But before that. It's 5am in the morning, working through the night, I need my nap.

good day begins with a breakfast of own choice

I did not went to bed last night. Instead I was wide awake playing Final Fantasy Tactics A2 on my DS lite.

So finally I have realised that it's already morning and There's nothing I can do. I went down to the nearest supermarket and got hold of some good quality spring onion and a decent tub of miso paste.

Came up, made myself a chicken stock base (no msg) ;). Added in the paste and adjusted the taste accordingly.

Never trusted the instruction label. Lol.

So to finish off my miso soup I added some silken tofu. I find that adding cold tofu cubes into the boiling soup is better since it will not break easily compared to room temperature tofu.

Lastly, garnished with some fresh spring onion, together a large serving of rice.

Perfect breakfast it would if I had not forgotten to buy some cod to go with rice and soup.

Hope I cook up something more interesting tomorrow.

Gotta begin off with food. These are what I have been doing for the last couple of weeks, presentation and adapting myself to new place, learning new cuisine.

First photo ypu see is a malay traditional dish called beef rendang with nasi lemang. It was gatnished with micro greens and cooked in sou vides method. A more western approach to cook this traditional dish.

Second dish is cured salmon with citrus marmalade and orange tulis. Another old world method using curing

Final photo is spanish meatballs. Still trying to remember the name. It's pork meat if I remember right though.
